To use this site you must confirm that you agree to the conditions set out below, which can be changed and for this purpose each time will require your confirmation of agreement.

Prices

All prices are in British pounds and may be changed without notice.

Burden of products

All measures of the products listed on the site are net weight as indicated on the label from the manufacturer. Due to variation in the weight of each product, it is possible to get a product with + or - 10% of the declared weight.

Availability

The goods are subject, depending on the availability at the moment. All products are property of Ventex BG to till full payment from the customer is submitted. It is possible that products which have been available at the time of ordering, have been exhausted at the time of preparation of the consignment. In such case you will be informed / in the presence of your phone / and you can select whether the out of stock product to replaced or get a full refund.

Orders are processed in the order they are received and the deadline for submission is 2 to 4 working days. During the holidays can be an extension of this period. Products are stored in cold rooms till leaving our warehouse. Frozen products have additional cooling insulation boxes.

Delivery

The cost of delivery is £7.99 / if no temporary offer / for mainland UK. For prices outside this area please check the attached table in section Shipping.

Delivery takes place from 2 to 4 working days, may be a difference in holidays and weekends.

Правим всичко възможно продуктите да пристигнат при вас в перфектно състояние, но моля имайте предвид, че понякога, в редки случаи, те могат да пристигнат при Вас в охладено състояние. Никога не замразявайте отново подобни продукти, консумирайте ги в рамките на няколко дни.

Receipt of shipment

Always give a complete and accurate address for receipt and insure a presence all day. Delivery time - 9:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. You will receive a message with the estimated time of delivery. There is a options for change if the given time does not suit you . The driver will visit your address at least two times before asking for instructions in the event of non-receipt of the consignment on your part. Receive the consignment at a convenient time and place. Fast and easy.

Order cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel an order and the full amount for it will be refunded to him, provided the order has not been sent yet.

When the order is canceled after it has been dispatched the amount will be refunded but the customer will be charged £ 10 for shipping costs in both directions.

This applies even when the delivery to the customer is free of charge, as it is paid by us.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product you can return it and get a full refund. The return delivery cost of the product to our warehouse is at the expense of the customer.The amount will be refunded upon receipt in our warehouse. It may takes up to 5 days the amount to reach client’s account.

Images

We've tried to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we can't guarantee that the product you will receive will be exactly the same as sometimes the labels and packages get changed.

Age limits for buying alcohol

By accepting our Term of use the customer confirm that he/she is over 18 years old and that the responsibilities who is going to consume the bought products are his.

Allergies

This website/online store does not show full information about the products. It is the clients responsibilities to read the label upon receiving. The client could contact us any time for additional information before ordering any product.

How long will you use my personal data for?

By law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers. This is for tax purposes only.

Our Facebook App is used solely for customers to share our offers with their friends. We do not directly store any personal data from Facebook when shares are made, but do record which customers have shared our offers. Facebook may however provide us with statistical data as to the reach and interactions with our shared offers.

How and why do we get your data? We only require the information we need to complete and deliver your order at your desired address. The information is entered by the customer when the online order is finalised. In order to submit online order the client needs to register an account with us. The customer may at any time cancel this account or download the information stored there. Changes can only be made by the client.

Only authorised staff, trained to work and store personal data, have access to the personal information entered by the client on his online order.

How long is the information stored?

All accounts are active but could be closed at any time if the customer would like to do so.

Correspondence via email or telephone is only made in connection with an active online order.

Advertising and promotional emails are only sent if the customer expressly agrees to receive such an emails.

Payment is made via credit / debit card or Paypal. The data is not public property at any time of the transaction. Ventex BG www.bulgarianfood.co.uk does not store payment card and account data. Payment is made by Paypal or Stripe, and they have an extremely high security system as well as personal data licenses.
